Established in October 1998 by the original owner Barb Abbott. Over the years we have grown, we have become AKC Safety Certified, CPR and First Aid Certified. We are members of Illinois Professional Pet Groomers Association an International Professional Groomers.  We also have accomplished numerous awards such as Best of Vermilion County and Readers' Choice Awards.  We enjoy serving our community and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

We do require proof of Vaccinations from your vet.

Please bring these with you to your appointment or have your vet office email us. 

The Vaccinations we require are Rabies, Bordetella and the Booster.

SALON POLICIES:

Classy Critters will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.  The general rule of thumb is 3 to 4 hours for grooming appointment but with that said we do ask that you be patient because sometimes certain pets takes longer or shorter. It depends on things like temperament or coat type. We ask that you please let us know when you make your appointment if you need to pick up before a certain time. Most of the time we can work with your schedule, but please check with us first. 

Cancellation:
We ask that you please give us a 24 hours' notice of cancellation. If you have to cancel the day of the appointment you may be asked to pay the cancellation fee.  We understand that things happen, and we will try to be understanding of specific circumstances. 
No show/call: if you miss your appointment, you will be asked to prepay when you book a future appointment. If you have to prepaid for an appointment because of a history of no shows you will not receive a refund or credit if you miss that appointment unless you give 24-hour notice that u have to cancel. 
Late: if you are running late, please let us know how late you think you will be. If you are 15 min or more past your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.  Sometimes we can accommodate, but it will require us to work longer hours. In this case you may be asked to pay a late fee.  
Late pickup: if you are the last appointment of the day and you are very late past the agreed pick-up time you will be charged $10 every 15 minutes.
